ABC's of PowerPoint
19. Converting Logos from Color to Black & White in PowerPoint
PPT 2007 | PPT 2003
If you are a designer who works with PowerPoint or a Presenter who works with Presentation designers, this tip is for you.
Next time you need to insert a logo, whether it be color, black, or white, create (or ask for) a .png file of the color version. Make sure the background is transparent. Once inserted, if you would rather the logo be black, then decrease the logo's brightness to 0%. If you would rather it be white, then increase your logo's brightness to 100%.
Now if you need this logo in other presentations or to alter last minute, whether color, black, or white it can be easily changed.
